The goal of the VITRÍNA project, a newly emerging platform for making local design accessible to both professionals and the general public, is to support, develop, and foster collaboration among young Czech designers. The showroom in the KUMST Brno space is currently hosting a vibrant exhibition called VITRÍNA 1ST.

"We are creating a space focused on young designers under thirty who are in their final years of study or have graduated within the last five years. Our focus is on the usability of product design – showcasing products that are suitable for mass production or have already been successfully brought to market," explains Josef Řehák, co-founder of the project, on behalf of the organizers. And who are the creatives presenting their work in the first nationwide selection of design at VITRÍNA 1ST? They include Adéla Kadlčáková, Matyáš Barák, Pavlína Štěpařová, Andrej Ilič, Filip Krampla, Natálie Navrátilová, Kristýna Mikolášková, Tereza Drobná, Matěj Janský, Cyril Dunděra, Nikola Chromečková, Ondřej Čižmář, and Anastasia Mazur.
