Designblok 2023
The twenty-fifth edition of Designblok took place from 4 to 8 October 2023 in Prague at three exhibition venues: the Veletržní Palace of the Prague National Gallery, the Gardens of Prague Castle and the Museum of Decorative Arts. Dozens of shops, studios and showrooms across Prague are also traditionally involved in the festival. The theme of the anniversary edition is Journey.
About Designblok: Located in the creative heart of Europe, Prague's international design festival Designblok is the largest design and fashion exhibition in Central and Eastern Europe. The five-day event showcases the latest products from more than 200 independent creatives, studios and established brands. Responding to current social issues and international trends, it provides a creative, professional and business platform where designers and companies meet with professionals, suppliers and target customers. The showcase of new products is complemented by a rich supporting programme of lectures and discussions, industry meetings, fashion shows and other special events that provide space for networking and mutual inspiration. Each year Designblok attracts 40,000 visitors including designers, curators, buyers, architects, interior designers, journalists and design enthusiasts.
